Baskin Engineering IT provides support to divisional administrative and academic employees and graduate students.
We provide support for the following:
- Desktop support for University-owned Windows and MacOS computers
- Consultation for computer purchases, hardware and software
- Mobile devices (tablets, phones, etc)
- University approved file-sharing services
- AV/media support
- Conference Rooms and equipment
- Instructional spaces
- Coordination for Pharos printing
We do not support the following:
- Personally owned devices (computers, mobile devices, peripherals)
