Baskin Engineering IT provides support to divisional administrative and academic employees and graduate students.

We provide support for the following:

  • Desktop support for University-owned Windows and MacOS computers
  • Consultation for computer purchases, hardware and software
  • Mobile devices (tablets, phones, etc)
  • University approved file-sharing services
  • AV/media support
  • Conference Rooms and equipment
  • Instructional spaces
  • Coordination for Pharos printing

We do not support the following:

  • Personally owned devices (computers, mobile devices, peripherals)
