How To Get Computer Support
To make a support request, please submit a ticket by logging into the ITS Request Tracker with your UCSC account name and password. When requesting support, use a descriptive subject line and include as much detail as possible.
Please avoid contacting individual BSOE Technical Staff members directly unless you are already working with them. Please report network or system emergencies to the BSOE Help Desk. For quick questions, please drop by the BSOE Help Desk, Baskin Engineering Room 311. For more detailed requests and for after-hours support, use our request system.

UCSC and BSOE Computer Usage Policies
All BSOE computer users need to be familiar with the computer usage policies of UCSC and BSOE. Failure to follow policies can result in termination of computing access, financial penalties and in some extreme cases dismissal from the University. Ignorance or failure to understand usage policies may not be accepted as an excuse. Click on the header and please ensure you read, understand and follow the policies listed.
