Grad Lab (room 353) - Every network tap in room 353 should be active.  The printer name Grads have access to is GradlabPrinterHP2050

Print Server - The print servers name is \\dc-svc.  (Windows menu, just put \\dc-svc in the search)

If you have a personal computer on the wired network just put in \\dc-svc.soe.cse.ucsc.edu , then log in using SOE\username and your SOE password.

If you have a Mac, click on System Preferences

select Print & Fax

use LPD

Hostname is dc-svc

Queue name is one of: GradLabPrinterHP2050,HP Color LaserJet 2025dn, Private Dell B&W 5310n

SOE FileShares - Windows --> Windows menu, in the search bar put in \\samba or \\admin to access your shares.  Mac --> from the Finder, click the "go" menu, "connect to server"  put in smb://samba.soe.ucsc.edu

Please remember to alway save your work to the network drives, as those are backed up nightly.
